Shipping & Handling

• Free Shipping for orders $100+
• Orders under $100 pay a flat rate $6.95 shipping charge
• All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS
• Gift Cards purchased online will be emailed to the email address given. We are happy to mail a physical gift card as well. To request to have a gift card emailed, please contact info@512-boutique.com and we would be happy to get one sent out to you. Please include the order number, the address to ship to, and any special message you would like written on the gift card.
• Online orders for shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Online orders for in store pickup will be processed and ready to pickup at our store location within 1 hour during normal business hours: M-F 10am - 7pm, Sat. 10am – 5pm, and Sun. 11am – 3pm

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders are shipping from our New Ulm, MN location by USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days of original purchase date. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an updated shipping notification with a tracking number. Allow for 5-7 business days for carrier shipping time.

 Please note Gallery 512 Boutique is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with UPS or USPS shipping times once they are mailed and tracking is sent to the customer;
• Addresses that are incorrect due to customer error;
• Lost, damaged, or orders that are marked delivered but were not received; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the USPS or UPS office nearest you if you're package was not received but tracking shows it delivered. We recommend doing so immediately if you notice a discrepancy

We currently do not ship orders outside of the U.S.

RETURNS

At Gallery 512 Boutique, we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit. We gladly accept returns under the guidelines below. Please note that return methods and refunds differ for in-store and online purchases.

In-Store Returns:
All in-store returns will be issued as store credit only.

Online Returns:
Online purchases returned by mail will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items eligible for return must be received within 20 days of the date the items were delivered. All items must have original tags attached and be free from stains, unaltered, unworn, and unwashed.

RETURN BY MAIL (ONLINE ORDERS)

Once we receive your return, a refund (less shipping costs) will be issued within 5 business days.
If your original order qualified for free shipping and you are returning the entire purchase, a $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at info@512-boutique.com with your order number, item number, and the size you would like to exchange for.

If the requested size is available, we are happy to accommodate the exchange and will hold the item for up to 5 days upon request. The customer is responsible for a $6.95 shipping fee for the replacement item. Once the original item is received, a shipping invoice will be sent, and the new item will ship after payment is received.

GARMENT CARE & LAUNDERING

Please follow all care instructions listed on the garment label. Gallery 512 Boutique cannot assume responsibility for items that are not laundered or cared for according to the recommended instructions. Due to the nature of many of our garments, items that have been mishandled or improperly cared for are not eligible for return or exchange.
