Garment Care + Laundering: Kindly be advised that we require customers follow the care instructions in accordance to what is listed on the on their garment label and cannot assume liability for items that are not laundered as recommended. Please take extra care to follow the laundering requirements as many of the items available in our boutique require extra care. Consequentially returns and exchanges for items that are mishandled cannot be accommodated.

Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the date the items were received.  Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn.

After we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund, less shipping costs, within 5 business days. If you received free shipping and are returning your entire purchase, please note that a shipping cost of $6.95 will be deducted from the return amount.

 

EXCHANGES

All sale items & accessories are final sale.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at info@512-boutique.com with your order number, item number, and the size you would like to exchange for. If we have the size in stock, we would be happy to do an exchange for you and will hold your size for 5 days upon request. The customer requesting the exchange will be required to pay $6.95 shipping for the items being requested. Once we receive the original item back in the mail, we will issue a shipping invoice and mail the new requested size upon payment.

  

ONLINE RETURNS TO STORE LOCATION

You may return your item(s) to our store location for store credit. In order to issue a store credit, please bring the original invoice with the return. Without the invoice, we are unable to process the return at the store location. Returns must have original tags, be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
