IN STORE PICKUP

(only use this if you plan to pickup your purchase in store - any orders that require shipping will be invoiced the $5 shipping fee )

Free pickup is available at our New Ulm location. 

If your purchase is below $100, to avoid a shipping charge for any order you want to pickup in our New Ulm store, please enter the code:

into the coupon code. Once the order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to let you know it's ready. Please be sure to add an email and/or phone number into your customer account. Orders processed on business days Monday-Friday will typically be available that day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Fridays will be processed on Monday. We will contact you by the email address on file (or phone if provided) when the order is ready for pickup.

Note: if you have a loyalty discount coupon code to use, we can either send you a custom invoice for your pickup order without shipping or we can reimburse shipping once the order is placed. Please put in the notes that it will be an in store pickup.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of original purchase date. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an updated shipping notification with a tracking number. Allow for 5-7 business days for carrier shipping time.

Please note Gallery 512 Boutique is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with UPS or USPS shipping times once they are mailed and tracking is sent to the customer;
• Addresses that are incorrect due to customer error;
• Lost, damaged, or orders that are marked delivered but were not received; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the USPS or UPS office nearest you if you're package was not received but tracking shows it delivered. We recommend doing so immediately if you notice a discrepancy
