GARMENT CARE + LAUNDERING:
Kindly be advised that we require customers follow the care instructions in accordance to what is listed on the on their garment label and cannot assume liability for items that are not laundered as recommended. Please take extra care to follow the laundering requirements as many of the items available in our boutique require extra care. Consequentially returns and exchanges for items that are mishandled cannot be accommodated.

Items eligible for returns must be sent back within 20 days from the date of receipt. They should include their original tags, remain free from stains, and be in unaltered, unwashed, and unworn condition. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will promptly process a refund, deducting shipping costs, within 5 business days. If your purchase initially qualified for free shipping and you're returning the entire order, please be aware that a shipping fee of $6.95 will be subtracted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGES:
All sale items & accessories are final sale.
To exchange your item for a different size, please use the link provided below, or you may email us at info@512-boutique.com. If emailing you will need to provide your order number, item number, and preferred size. If the requested size is in stock and you contact us via email, we'll gladly facilitate the exchange and reserve your size for 5 days upon request. A $6.95 shipping fee will be charged for the requested items. Upon receiving the original item by mail, we'll send a shipping invoice and dispatch the new size upon payment.

You're welcome to bring back your item(s) to our store for store credit. In order to issue the store credit please present the original invoice with the return. Please note that without the invoice, we are unable to process the return at the store location. Additionally, returns should include the original tags, remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
