Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and free from stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair or other signs of wear.

Begin your return through our online return portal powered by Re:Do. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and follow the simple steps to receive a return label.

A prepaid return label is available through our Re:Do portal if you purchased Re:Do coverage at the time of the sale. If you did not purchase Re:Do coverage, you can purchase a shipping label through the Re:Do portal. Returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in the portal.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus applicable shipping charges. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Purchases made at our New Ulm store are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Online orders may also be returned in store for store credit.

The quickest way to get a new size or color is to place a new order and return the original item through our ReDo portal. This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.

All sale items are marked "FINAL SALE" and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

We recommend following the care instructions on each item’s label. Items that show signs of wear due to improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
