      SIGNATURE WAX WARMER DETAILS

      Integrated 3-6-9 hour timer: With settings for 3, 6, and 9 hours, our integrated timer feature allows you to easily manage the duration of your fragrance delivery.

      No-scrape silicone dish: Flexible silicone allows you to remove used wax from your melter quickly and easily—wax pops right out of the dish, leaving it clean!

      "No Bulb" melting: This elegant, ceramic wax warmer comes with a printed on design and features a built in ceramic heater. (Translation for veteran melters: no more replacing light bulbs!)

       WAX WARMER FAQ 

      What does "no scrape" silicone dish mean? Included in every warmer is our silicone wax melt removal dish which allows for super simple clean-up, unlike any other wax melter on the market. Once your wax cools off, simply remove the silicone liner and 'pop' out your used wax into the waste bin. No mess, no scrape, no problem! 

      How many bears should I be melting in my warmer? We recommend starting with 1-2 of our scented wax melts in our Mini Tabletop and Outlet Plug-In Wax Warmers. For larger warmers, like our Signature, Mod & Classic Warmers, we recommend starting with 2-3 of our scented wax melts. Our wax melts warmers are compatible with all scented wax melts, cubes and tarts! 

      What are the differences between the Mod Warmer and the Signature Warmer? Both our Signature Wax Warmers & Mod Warmers are large tabletop wax warmers. They both feature a 3-6-9 hour auto shut off timer, include our silicone dish, and can fit up to 6-8 Happy Wax bears. What makes the Mod Warmer different is that it has an additional low / medium / high temperature temperature setting. This allows you more control over the intensity of your fragrance. It also has an "On" button which overrides the timer if you want to leave the warmer on for a time other than 3, 6, or 9 hours. The Signature Wax Warmer does not include the temperature settings or the "On" button.

      EXCHANGES

      If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at jessica@512-boutique.com with your order number, item number, and the size you would like to exchange for. If we have the size in stock, we would be happy to do an exchange for you. The customer requesting the exchange will be required to pay shipping for the items being requested. Once we receive the original item back in the mail, we will issue a shipping invoice and mail the new requested size upon payment.

      If your item(s) are not what you expected and you would like to make a return, send the items back to us at:

      Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the date the items were received. Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn. If it is clear the items have been worn, we will not be able to return your purchase and will send it back.

      After we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund, less shipping costs, within 5 business days. If you received free shipping and are returning your entire purchase, please note that a shipping cost of $5 will be deducted from the return amount.

      You may return your item(s) to any store location for store credit. Please bring the original invoice with the return. Returns must have original tags and be free from any stains and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. If it is clear the items have been worn, we will not be able to return your purchase.

      Free pickup is available at our New Ulm location. To request to have your order be picked up, please add details in the notes section that you would like to pickup your order.

      If your purchase is below $50, to avoid a shipping charge for any order you want to pickup in our New Ulm store, please enter the code:

Orders processed on business days Monday-Friday will typically be available that day.       SHIPPING

      Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of original purchase date. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an updated shipping notification with a tracking number. Allow for 5-7 business days for carrier shipping time.

      Please note Gallery 512 Boutique is NOT responsible for:

      • Delays with UPS or USPS shipping times once they are mailed and tracking is sent to the customer;
      • Addresses that are incorrect due to customer error;
      • Lost, damaged, or orders that are marked delivered but were not received; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the USPS or UPS office nearest you if you're package was not received but tracking shows it delivered. We recommend doing so immediately if you notice a discrepancy
