- Nickel free + hypoallergenic
- Apply one drop and rub your favorite pure essential oil in to your lava beads, allowing oil to soak into the beads and fully absorb BEFORE wearing your bracelet. (We suggest setting your bracelet on a counter-top or ceramic plate for a few minutes while getting ready in the morning.
- If you applied too much oil, gently rub your beads with your fingers (rubbing excess behind your ears or wrists if you're not sensitive to the oil) or cloth.
- The longer you allow the oils to absorb, the longer your scent may last. The beads will absorb the oils fairly quickly but may appear wet for a short time.
- The aroma can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days! Allowing the oils to soak in will also give you better results.
- The scent will always be the strongest for the first couple hours. Some oils omit a strong aroma, whereas others do not - we recommend using our brand of oils for the strongest and longest lasting, invigorating aroma.
- After the scent has faded you can apply a new oil or you can layer different essential oils, since most complement one another very well. No need to wash your necklace.
- All of our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS
Orders place between 11/1/20 and 12/20/20 for regular priced items are eligible to be returned by 1/15/21 for store credit. Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn.

Please note that all sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at jessica@512-boutique.com with your order number, item number, and the size you would like to exchange for. If we have the size in stock, we would be happy to do an exchange for you. The customer requesting the exchange will be required to pay shipping for the items being requested. Once we receive the original item back in the mail, we will issue a shipping invoice and mail the new requested size upon payment.

Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the date the items were received. Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn. If it is clear the items have been worn, we will not be able to return your purchase and will send it back.
After we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund, less shipping costs, within 5 business days. If you received free shipping and are returning your entire purchase, please note that a shipping cost of $5 will be deducted from the return amount.

You may return your item(s) to any store location for store credit. Please bring the original invoice with the return. Returns must have original tags and be free from any stains and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. If it is clear the items have been worn, we will not be able to return your purchase.

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of original purchase date. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an updated shipping notification with a tracking number. Allow for 5-7 business days for carrier shipping time.
Please note Gallery 512 Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with UPS or USPS shipping times once they are mailed and tracking is sent to the customer;
- Addresses that are incorrect due to customer error;
- Lost, damaged, or orders that are marked delivered but were not received; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the USPS or UPS office nearest you if you're package was not received but tracking shows it delivered. We recommend doing so immediately if you notice a discrepancy

Free pickup is available at our New Ulm location. To request to have your order be picked up, please add details in the notes section that you would like to pickup your order.
If your purchase is below $50, to avoid a shipping charge for any order you want to pickup in our New Ulm store, please enter the code:
