      HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS

      Orders place between 11/1/21 and 12/20/21 for regular priced items are eligible to be returned by 1/15/22 for store credit. Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn.

      EXCHANGES

      All sale items & accessories are final sale.

      If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at jessica@512-boutique.com with your order number, item number, and the size you would like to exchange for. If we have the size in stock, we would be happy to do an exchange for you and will hold your size for 5 days upon request. The customer requesting the exchange will be required to pay $5 shipping for the items being requested. Once we receive the original item back in the mail, we will issue a shipping invoice and mail the new requested size upon payment.

       

      RETURNS

      Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the date the items were received. Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn.

      After we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund, less shipping costs, within 5 business days. If you received free shipping and are returning your entire purchase, please note that a shipping cost of $5 will be deducted from the return amount.

      You may return your item(s) to any store location for store credit. In order to issue a store credit, please bring the original invoice with the return. Without the invoice, we are unable to process the return at the store location. Returns must have original tags and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed

      (only use this if you plan to pickup your purchase in store - any orders that require shipping will be invoiced the $5 shipping fee )

      Free pickup is available at our New Ulm location. To request to have your order be picked up, please add details in the notes section that you would like to pickup your order.

      If your purchase is below $50, to avoid a shipping charge for any order you want to pickup in our New Ulm store, please enter the code:

      into the coupon code. Once the order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to let you know it's ready. Please be sure to add an email and/or phone number into your customer account. Orders processed on business days Monday-Friday will typically be available that day. We will contact you by the email address on file (or phone if provided) when the order is ready for pickup.

       

      SHIPPING

      Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of original purchase date. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an updated shipping notification with a tracking number. Allow for 5-7 business days for carrier shipping time.

      Please note Gallery 512 Boutique is NOT responsible for:

      • Delays with UPS or USPS shipping times once they are mailed and tracking is sent to the customer;
      • Addresses that are incorrect due to customer error;
      • Lost, damaged, or orders that are marked delivered but were not received; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the USPS or UPS office nearest you if you're package was not received but tracking shows it delivered. We recommend doing so immediately if you notice a discrepancy
