Our Lunch Poches (French for "Pocket") were designed to complement foodie, fashion and wellness focused lifestyles. Purposeful features include a removable insert lining for easy cleaning, a messenger strap, and an inspirational name tag to remind you to live with intention. Constructed of washable paper, this eco-inspired textile combines the beautiful tactile feel of paper with the durability of leather. After washing and some time, expect a vintage washed-look (like your favourite pair of well worn jeans). Our Black Poche with antique hardware ensures a perfect match with any outfit and is easily unisex. Hand wash only.

Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the date the items were received. Items must have their original tags attached and be free from any stains and be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn.

After we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund, less shipping costs, within 5 business days. If you received free shipping and are returning your entire purchase, please note that a shipping cost of $6.95 will be deducted from the return amount.
EXCHANGES
All sale items & accessories are final sale.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at beth@512-boutique.com with your order number, item number, and the size you would like to exchange for. If we have the size in stock, we would be happy to do an exchange for you and will hold your size for 5 days upon request. The customer requesting the exchange will be required to pay $6.95 shipping for the items being requested. Once we receive the original item back in the mail, we will issue a shipping invoice and mail the new requested size upon payment.
ONLINE RETURNS TO STORE LOCATION

You may return your item(s) to any store location for store credit. In order to issue a store credit, please bring the original invoice with the return. Without the invoice, we are unable to process the return at the store location. Returns must have original tags and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
